Mike has been waiting a very long time to take Ivan for a bike ride. The first problem we had was that we have a child with a very small head! We bought him a helmet over a year ago hoping he would grow into it. Mike tried that helmet on so many times, but it would slide off the top of his head down his neck every time. We were afraid that the straps could choke him, so we held off on buying a bike trailer. After Ivan finally grew into the helmet, we started to look for a trailer. Just as soon as our lives became so consumed with taking care of two kids that we kind of forgot about the trailer, we found one by surprise! We just so happened to have a Friday off and were driving out of our neighborhood when Mike exclaimed with great excitement that he saw a bike trailer at a garage sale. We had something very important to do that morning-something we were not looking forward to, but had to do. So, we asked the kind man if he would hold it for us until we could come back with the money. He agreed and Mike and Ivan are now the proud owners of a bike trailer!
